About the Directorate
The quiet machinery behind a well-run campaign.
The Protocol Directorate is the arm of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) 2027 responsible for how the campaign shows up: where principals go, how they arrive, who receives them and how every engagement runs from start to finish.
We work hand in hand with party structures, host communities and the relevant agencies, so that each engagement is safe, punctual and respectful of the people and traditions it meets.

What we do

Movement & logistics
Planning and timing official movements so that every engagement starts on time.
Accreditation & access
Credentials for officials, guests and press, and controlled access to every venue.
State liaison
Advance coordination with state chapters and host communities before each visit.
Security coordination
Working with the relevant agencies so that principals, guests and crowds stay safe.
Guests & hospitality
Receiving dignitaries, traditional rulers and visitors, and looking after their stay.

Make a request
Write to the Directorate with the purpose, date and venue of your engagement, and a contact person.

Advance coordination
Our officers agree the programme, order of proceedings, access and arrival arrangements with your team.

Accreditation
Officials, guests and press receive credentials so that entry on the day is smooth and secure.

On the day
Protocol officers receive guests, manage proceedings and look after the send-off.
